📢 Satori Project Roadmap — Updated & Refocused
As we move into the next phase of rebuilding and stabilizing Satori, the Association has aligned on a more focused, realistic, and sustainable roadmap. This plan reflects where the network currently stands, what the community needs most, and what will deliver long-term value with the resources we now have.
Below is the updated roadmap, in order of priority.
1.🔧Simplified Network & Neuron Build
Purpose
Strengthen the foundation of the Satori ecosystem by improving reliability and reducing operational complexity.
What We’re Doing
Lowering the overall cost required to keep the network active
Streamlining and optimizing the neuron architecture
Refocusing on predictions, performance, and network integrity
Community Benefit
A more stable and predictable network
Reduced overhead and fewer points of failure
Allows us to direct efforts back toward Satori’s core mission of delivering high-quality predictive data
2.🛟Base Holder Rescue Plan
Background
Last year, a bridge from Evrmore to Base was opened, allowing holders to move their tokens onto the Base network. After the bridge exploit and loss of liquidity, Base holders were left without a viable path to exit or return to Evrmore.
We recognize this has been a long-standing concern, and resolving it is essential for restoring confidence and fairness across the entire ecosystem.
Purpose
Create a structured, transparent path for Base holders to rejoin the main network and recover their position within Satori.
What We’re Working Toward
Designing a rescue mechanism for stranded Base tokens
Ensuring fairness to existing Evrmore holders while addressing the needs of affected Base participants
Coordinating a solution that does not strain the simplified network rebuild
Providing clear steps and eligibility once the technical plan is finalized

Addresses one of the most impactful legacy issues
Strengthens trust and demonstrates commitment to fairness
Brings consistency back to the token and staking ecosystem
3.📱Mobile App
Purpose
Make Satori easier to use and more accessible for both new and existing community members.

Ability to stake directly into Pools
Simple interface for viewing and interacting with Satori tools
Streamlined access to Satori GPT
Community Benefit
Removes barriers for newcomers
Makes staking and participation much simpler
Strengthens the ecosystem by making Satori accessible from anywhere
4.🤖Satori AI LLM
Purpose
Provide a practical, accessible prediction tool that complements the network and broadens how people interact with Satori data.
What It Is
A Satori-branded GPT designed to offer:
Prediction-focused responses
Access to selected data streams
A path for future integrations of community tools and datasets
Why This Matters
Expands Satori’s usefulness beyond staking alone
Makes predictions accessible to anyone, even outside the core network
Creates an additional layer of long-term utility that supports the broader ecosystem
