What is Satori?

Satori is a decentralized, biologically inspired AI network designed to predict the future. It brings together artificial intelligence and distributed consensus by enabling independent AI agents called neurons to generate and share predictions about real-world data streams.

Unlike traditional AI systems that rely on a single, tightly coupled model, Satori focuses on temporal intelligence: identifying patterns over time. Each neuron operates independently, using its own machine-learning approach and hardware, and contributes predictions rather than model parameters. This design allows the network to scale efficiently, adapt to diverse environments, and operate on widely available hardware. By automating model creation and emphasizing prediction as a shared output, Satori aims to make future prediction a public good, while still supporting private experimentation, competition, and collaboration across the ecosystem.
